Welcome to Car Rent Services USA. These Terms of Service govern your use of our car rental services and website. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Rental Agreement

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age (25+ for luxury vehicles)
• Valid driver's license for minimum 1 year
• Major credit card in renter's name required
• Clean driving record with no major violations

Rental Period

• Rental begins at agreed pickup time and location
• Vehicle must be returned by specified date and time
• Late returns subject to additional charges
• Early returns do not qualify for refunds

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

• Major credit cards accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit cards accepted with additional deposit
• Cash payments not accepted for rentals

Charges and Fees

• Daily rental rates as quoted
• Mileage charges if applicable
• Additional driver fees
• Equipment rental fees (GPS, car seats, etc.)
• Fuel charges if not returned with same fuel level
• Late return fees
• Cleaning fees for excessive dirt or odors

Vehicle Use Restrictions

Prohibited Uses

• Racing, speed contests, or reckless driving
• Off-road driving or unpaved surfaces
• Transportation of hazardous materials
• Commercial use without prior authorization
• Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
• Transportation of illegal substances

Geographic Restrictions

• Travel within United States and Canada only
• Mexico travel requires special authorization
• Some luxury vehicles may have additional restrictions

Insurance and Liability

Insurance Requirements

• Valid auto insurance policy required
• Optional coverage available for purchase
• Coverage options include collision, comprehensive, and liability

Liability

• Renter responsible for all damage to vehicle
• Renter liable for traffic violations and fines
• Theft or total loss subject to full vehicle value

Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation Terms

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Same-day cancellations subject to fees
• No-show rentals charged full first day rate

Modifications

• Changes to rental dates subject to availability
• Rate changes may apply for modifications
• Vehicle upgrades available based on availability

Rental Termination

We reserve the right to terminate rental agreement if:

• Vehicle is used in violation of terms
• Renter provides false information
• Vehicle is not returned as scheduled
• Renter violates local, state, or federal laws

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from rental services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Jurisdiction in New York State courts
